摘要
本文以笔者所在的海南师范大学舞蹈系为例,根据现有生源与就业情况,提出教学能力提升体系在现有课程体系与艺术实践平台上的可操作途径,并提出舞蹈学专业(师范类)教学能力提升体的核心是准确的人才培养定位以及相关舞蹈教育理论的发展。
Through the case study of the department of dance in Hainan Normal University,the paper puts forward operable approaches of teaching ability improvement system based on the existing curriculum system and the platform of art practice. Meanwhile,the paper argues that the precise positioning of talent cultivation and the development of relating dance education theories are the essential parts of improving teaching ability of dance majored students in normal universities.
