我国B2C跨境电子商务物流模式选择 被引量:76

Research of Logistics Mode Selection in B2C Cross-border E-commerce in China

摘要 随着全球消费市场一体化和电子商务软硬件设施的日益完善,我国B2C跨境电子商务取得了快速的发展。然而,跨境物流系统建设的严重滞后以及高昂的跨境物流成本,严重阻碍了我国B2C跨境电子商务企业的进一步发展。因此,为更好地促进我国B2C跨境电子商务发展并提升其物流服务效率,应综合考虑经济制度环境、顾客行为偏好、技术管理方式、交易成本等方面影响,科学合理地选择一种适当的跨境电子商务物流模式,以有效降低物流成本,更高效、更经济、更高质量地实现B2C跨境电子商务业务。首先,对政府来讲,其作为跨境电子商务市场的监管者,应当在现有扶持政策基础上,进一步出台以促进B2C跨境电子商务便利化为重点的专项政策,减少跨境电子商务企业不必要的制度成本;其次,对B2C跨境电子商务企业来讲,应积极构建第四方物流联盟,并致力于为顾客提供定制化跨境物流服务,这将成为其核心竞争力的重要来源。 With the global consumption market integration and the improved e-commerce software and hardware facilities, B2C cross-border e-commerce is developing rapidly in China. However, the lagged behind construction of cross-border logistic system and the high cross-border logistic cost is seriously hindering the further development of China' s B2C cross-border e- commerce enterprises. For this reason, to better promote the development of China' s B2C cross-border e-commerce and improve the efficiency of logistic service, we should comprehensively consider such aspects of economic institutional environment, the preference of customer behavior, the pattern of technological management and the cost of transaction, scientifically and rationally choose an appropriate cross-border e-commerce logistic pattern to reduce logistic cost, and promote the realization of being higher efficiency, more economic, and with higher quality. First, the government, the supervisor of cross-border e-commerce, should further introduce more supporting and preferential policies to reduce the institutional cost; and second, the related enterprises should development the 4PL alliance, and provide customers with more customized cross-border logistic service, which will be the sources of their core competitiveness.
