摘要
对比了一台600 MW机组燃煤锅炉采用固定吹灰或选择性吹灰对锅炉安全与经济性的影响,分析了试验数据,提出了锅炉进行选择性吹灰的策略和方案。实践证明:根据各受热面的实际情况,选择不同的吹灰周期可以达到节能降耗的目的。
By comparing the effects economy of a 600 MW coal-fired boiler, of fixed sootblowing and selective sootblowing mode on safety and the option of selective sootblowing mode was recommended based on analysis of relevant test data. It has been found that, to reduce the energy consumption of the boiler, different sootblowing periods are to be adopted according to actual situation of various heating surfaces.
