摘要
利用半木质化紫叶风箱果嫩枝为试验材料,采用IBA、ABT1#2种生长激素分别处理,浓度为50mg/L、100mg/L、200mg/L、500mg/L、1 000mg/L,时间为24h、1h、速蘸30s,用珍珠岩作基质,结合高电压磁场进行嫩枝扦插繁育技术研究,结果表明,采用电压强度10×104 V处理1h,可以打破并加快原有植物体内的生理生化过程,促其生根;ABT1#生根粉处理浓度100mg/L、时间1h,与日光棚温室扦插相比,生根率、生根量、生根长度有明显提高,可达到快速繁殖的目的。
Field research of softwood cuttage breeding technology was conducted in combination with high voltage magnetic field by cutting with semi-woody twig shoots as test material,treated with IBA and ABT1#growth hormones at concentrations of 50mg/L,100mg/L,200mg/L,500mg/L,and 1 000mg/L,respectively for 24 hand 1h,fast dipped for 30 s,with perlite as a matrix,and the combination of high voltage equipment for field research breeding technology softwood cuttings,rooting experimental results showed that the concentration of ABT1#100mg/L,soak 1h;voltage intensity of 10×104 V treatment 1h,is supposed to break the internal physiological and biochemical processes,promote rapid callus formation and increase three indicators of cuttings rooting rate,compaired with greenhose cutting rooting rate,root volume,root length has increased significanfly,can ahcieve rapid propagation purposes.
