血清NGAL和Cys-C联合检测对急诊PCI术后造影剂相关急性肾功能损伤的诊断价值
摘要
造影剂相关急性肾损伤（contrast-induced acute kidney injury,CA-AKI）是仅次于肾灌注不足及肾毒性药物引起的医院获得性肾衰的第三大常见原因[1]。在介入心脏病学领域,CA-AKI不仅增加患者住院时间及医疗费用,而且也对患者预后不利[2-3]。目前依靠血清肌酐及尿量诊断CA-AKI具有一定的局限性及滞后性。
