中西医结合治疗脑梗死临床观察

Clinical Observation of Integrated Chinese-western Therapy on Cerebral Infarction

目的观察中西医结合治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 100例脑梗死患者随机分为两组。对照组单用舒血宁注射液治疗;治疗组联合小牛血清去蛋白注射液治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损改善情况的变化以及两组总有效率。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组的神经功能缺损评分均明显减低(P<0.05),且治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒血宁注射液联合小牛血清去蛋白注射液治疗脑梗死安全有效,能改善患者的预后。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shuxuening injection combined with deproteinized calf serum injection in treat -ment of cerebral infarction.Methods 100 cases with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups .The control group were only given Shuxuening injection;the treatment group added deproteinized calf seruminjection .The changes of neurological deficits improved situa -tion and the effect were compared .Results After the treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than control group （P〈0.05）; nerve function defect score in two groups were decreased significantly （P〈0.05）,and the index of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Shuxuening injection combined with deproteinized calf serum injection in treatment of cerebral infarction is safe and effective , can improve the prognosis of the patients .
