中药结合椎体成形术治疗脊椎骨质疏松压缩性骨折临床观察 被引量:10

Clinical Observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Vertebral Plasty in Treatment of Vertebral Osteoporosis Compression Fractures

摘要 目的观察中药结合椎体成形术治疗脊椎骨质疏松压缩性骨折的疗效。方法 40例骨质疏松压缩性骨折患者分为2组,A组采用椎体成形术治疗,B组采用椎体成形术结合中药治疗脊椎骨质疏松压缩性骨折。结果 40例患者均参加随访6个月。术后3d VAS评分对比术前VAS评分差值,结果无显著性差异(P>0.05),术后6个月2组VAS评分差值对比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论经椎体成形术结合中药治疗脊椎骨质疏松压缩性骨折可以有效改善椎体骨质疏松压缩性骨折患者疼痛症状,并且近期治疗效果相同,但远期治疗效果较椎体成形术更佳,值得推广。 Objective Observe the treatment effect of spinal osteoporosis compression fractures by traditional Chinese medicine com -bined with vertebral plasty.Methods 40 patients with osteoporosis compression fractures were divided into 2 groups.Group A of 20 were used vertebral plasty treatment and group B of 20 were used traditional Chinese medicine combined with vertebral plasty treatment vertebral osteoporosis compression fractures .Results 40 patients were followed up for 6 months.At the third day and 6 months after surgery for pa-tients with vas score.Postoperative and preoperative vas score comparison , get the difference using t test.Results showed that there was no significant difference (P〉0.05) at the third day, but there are significant difference (P〈0.05) at the 6 months.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with vertebral plasty in treatment of vertebral compression fractures can improve the pain symptoms of osteoporosis vertebral compression fractures patients .Recent and forward curative effect of the two close , no significant statistical difference , but ozone is more cheaper and suitable for base hospital and is worth promoting .
