摘要
基于绩效管理系统设计的交互特征,分析了绩效管理系统设计的协同效应及其与企业创新模式的关系,提出并证明了相关命题。研究结论显示,当绩效管理系统的设计协同时,即能找到协同控制成本的均衡值,使得创新模式与绩效管理系统的契合,有助于企业创新绩效的提高。
This paper analyses the synergistic effect on the design of PMS,and relationship between the design of PMS and the innovation model on the basis of the interaction characteristics of the design of PMS. Moreover,it proposes and proves the related proposition. The conclusion shows the innovation performance of enterprises will improve if the combination can be realized between the design of PMS and the innovation model,when the design of the PMS aligns itself with the innovation model which means that equilibrium value on the synergy control cost can be found.
