CHRM与双元型组织竞争优势的构建路径——基于动态资源管理观的实证研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于动态资源管理理论,构建了承诺型人力资源管理(CHRM)、双元型创新与企业竞争优势之间的关系模型。研究结果表明,承诺型人力资源管理对利用式创新与探索式创新均有显著的正向影响效果;利用式创新与探索式创新对企业竞争优势有显著的正向影响效果;两类创新的并式多重中介效应在承诺型人力资源管理与竞争优势间发挥完全中介效应。 Based on resource management view,this paper established the theoretical model of Commitment-Oriented HRM( CHRM),ambidextrous innovation and competitive advantage( CA). SEM is used to test research hypothesis,CHRM is positively related to exploratory innovation( EI) and exploitive innovation( ER),both ER and EI are positively related to CA,especially,EI is more positively related to CA than ER. ER and EI have full mediating effect on the relationship between CHRM and competitive advantage.
