丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠治疗急性冠脉综合征的疗效及对炎症因子的影响

Study on the curative effect of Sodium Tanshinone ⅡA Sulfonate in patient with acute coronary syndrome and its influence on inflammatory cytokines

目的观察丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠治疗急性冠脉综合征的疗效及对血清炎症因子的影响。方法将121例急性冠脉综合征患者随机分为2组:对照组60例给予常规治疗,治疗组61例在常规治疗基础上给予丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠治疗。检测2组治疗前及治疗后2周血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、IL-6、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)水平,观察2组心血管事件及不良反应发生情况。结果 2组治疗前hs-CRP、IL-1β、IL-6、TGF-β1水平比较差异均无统计学意义。治疗2周后2组IL-1β、hs-CRP、IL-6水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),血清TGF-β1水平较治疗前明显升高(P均<0.05),且治疗组改善情况均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗组发生心血管事件2例(3%),对照组发生心血管事件3例(5%),2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠能协助调控急性冠脉综合征患者血清炎症递质及抗炎症因子的分泌,可能具有改善动脉粥样硬化的作用。

Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Sodium Tanshinone Ⅱ A Sulfonate （STS） on inflammatory cytokines in patients with acute coronary syndrome （ACS） and the influence on inflammatory cytokines. Methods 121 cases of patients with ACS were randomly divided into two groups. 60 cases in control group were received conventional treatment, 61 cases in treatment group were treated with STS on the basis of conventional treatment. The levels of serum hypersensitive C - reactive protein （ hs - CRP） and interleukin 113 （IL - 113）, interleukin 6 （IL -6）, transforming growth factor beta 1 （TGF - β1 ） were detected on two groups of patients before and after treatment. Results There were no significant difference in the levels of hs - CRP, IL - 1β, IL - 6 between the both groups before treatment. After treatment for two weeks, the levels of Hs - CRP, IL - 6 were significantly decreased and TGF - β1 were significantly increased in both groups （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ） , and the improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group （all P 〈 0.05）. There were 2 cases （3%） of cardiovascular events in the treatment group and 3 cases （5%） in the control group, there was no significant difference be- tween the two groups （P 〉 O. 05 ）. Conclusion STS can regulate the secretion of serum inflammatory mediators and anti-in- flammatory factor in patients with ACS, it may have the role to improve the atherosclerosis.
