矿井采区硐室强稳型支护技术研究

摘要 根据裴沟煤矿42采区硐室实际条件,结合硐室原有支护,通过实测和数值分析阐述了硐室围岩破坏机理,提出了以U型钢支架为基本,配合壁后充填注浆,锚索加强薄弱环节等措施的高强稳定性支护技术,并通过改善支架承载能力与结构稳定性,达到与围岩共同承载的目的。在裴沟煤矿42采区泵房工程中的应用,取得了良好的支护效果。 According to the actual conditions of 42- mining area chamber in Peigou coal mine,combined with the existing support,this paper elaborates the failure mechanism of surrounding rock of chamber by measurement and numerical analysis,proposes the high- strength and stability support technology based on the basic U- steel support,grouting and cable supporting etc. By improving the carrying capacity of the U- steel and structural stability,it achieves the purpose of carrying together with rock and makes a good supporting effect in 42- mining area pump house of Peigou coal mine.
