榆林市城区农业银行员工亚健康调查及体育活动研究

The Research on the Staffs of Agricultural Bank's Sub- health and Physical Activities in Yulin City

通过问卷调查、文献资料法等,对榆林市城区农业银行员工的身体健康状况进行分析和调研。发现该市农业银行员工由于自身生活习惯的不良和特殊的工作环境和方式的原因有超过一般的员工处于亚健康状态,从而调查分析了该市员工亚健康的类型、产生原因以及对他们参加体育锻炼活动进行了调研。最后,针对该市城区农业银行员工机体处于亚健康的现实情况设计了针对不同对象和目的的运动处方疗法以及长效机制下体育锻炼活动计划的安排,为今后榆林市城区其他行业系统员工群众体育活动的开展提供了借鉴和参考。

Through questionnaires,literature and so on,Yulin City＇s Agricultural Bank employees＇ health status is analyzed. It is found that over half employees are in sub- health because of their bad habits and specific work environment and life way. The types of sub- health,the causes as well as their participation in physical exercises are investigated. Finally,this paper plans a scheme of sports exercises for them,which provides a reference for staffs in other industries in Yulin.
