Safety Culture Construction in University Campus

大学校园安全文化是在校园内营造一种安全意识与环境,是学校在长期办学、育人、发展实践中,为预防和减少教学、科研、生活等方面安全事故的过程中所创造的,其目的在于保护师生员工的身心健康和生命安全。从大学校园安全文化建设的内涵和作用入手,分析了我国高校的安全文化建设的基本现状和存在的问题,提出建设途径和措施。

Campus safety culture is to build a sense of security and atmosphere on campus,to prevent and reduce accidents in such aspects as teaching,scientific research,life safety in the long practice of education and development. Its purpose is to protect the teachers＇ and students＇ physical and mental health and life safety. This paper introduces the connotation and function of university campus safety culture construction,analyses the basic situation and existing problems of the safety culture construction in colleges and universities,and its ways and measures are put forward.
