Based on the needs of undergraduate journalists of college newspapers for growth,success and future career development,college newspaper should give full play to their function of management and education. They raise the undergraduate journalists＇ sustainable professional quality from three aspects,that is,political ethics,business skills,healthy psychology and so on,which paves a necessary way for undergraduate journalists to do journalism in future.
