管委会对闽台创意农业合作绩效影响的实证研究

An Empirical Study of the Impact of the Administrative Committee on the Cooperative Performance of Creative Agriculture between Fujian and Taiwan

采用Lisrel8.70统计软件验证理论模型和研究假设,旨在探析管委会对闽台创意农业合作绩效的影响机理,拓展管理职能理论在闽台创意农业合作中的实际应用。研究发现:决策、组织、领导和控制的4个假设,除组织外,其余3个因素均得到实证数据支持:决策、领导和控制对闽台创意农业合作绩效均具有显著正向影响。研究结论为促进闽台创意农业合作绩效的提升提供决策依据,有助于进一步深化闽台创意农业合作,实现两地创意农业实力的共同提升。

This study explores the influence mechanism of the administrative committee on the cooperative performance of creative agriculture, and expands the practical application of the theory of management function in the cooperation of creative agriculture between Fujian and Taiwan. The Lisrel 8. 70 statistical analysis software is applied to verify the theory model and research hypotheses. The study puts forward 4 hypotheses concerning decision-making, organization, leadership and control, and 3 of them are supported by the empirical data. The results show that with the exception of organization, the other 3 factors all have a significant and positive impact on the performance of the cooperation. The research conclusions provide a decision-making basis for promoting the performance of the cooperation of creative agriculture between Fujian and Taiwan, help to deepen the cooperation, and promote the development of creative agriculture in two areas.
