摘要
开展体育外交是现实发展的产物和要求:体育外交是外交领域和外交主体扩展的产物;体育外交在国家对外交流中发挥着独特作用;开展体育外交是现代体育自身发展的需要。既有的体育外交概念已不能反映形势的变化和体育对外交流需要,从体育外交的主体和对象、体育外交的分类、体育外交的轨道、体育外交的主题和宗旨几个方面,对体育外交概念进行了重新界定。
Developing the sports diplomacy is the outcome and requirement of realistic development: the sports diplomacy is the outcome in diplomatic field and the extension of diplomatic subject; developing sports diplomacy is necessity of the self-develop- ment of modern sports. The existing conception of sports diplomacy cannot reflect the new changes and the demands of sports communication; therefore, this article redefines the conception of sports diplomacy in terms of its subject and object, its catego- rization, its channel, its theme and mission.
