司法警察院校的人才培养要满足行业需求,突出"警"字特点。目前司法警察院校存在的问题主要是片面理解警察专业特色的内涵,课程设置陈旧、教学方法单一。其改革思路是:实现育人观念的转变,实行警务管理的改革,完善课程设置,改革教学方法。
