The Application of Organic Amine Drilling Fluid to Yan 227 Block

有机胺型钻井液的防膨性、抑制性和润滑性与油基钻井液接近,且其抗温性、滤失性、流变性和稳定性较好。在胜利油田盐227区块复杂地质条件下的应用中,有机胺型钻井液使得六口井的机械钻速平均提高了39.5%,井径扩大率平均为3.18%,钻井故障率大大降低,促进了该区块的开发。

Anti-swelling quality ,inhibitory and lubricating quality of organic amine drilling fluid are close to those of oil -based drilling fluid ,and its temperature resistance ,filtration ,rheological property and stability are good .When organic amine drilling fluid is applied to Shengli oilfield Yan 227 block with complex geological conditions ,it increases the average rate of penetration of six wells by 39 .5% ,and average hole enlargement ratio by 3 .18% ,reduces greatly the failure rate of drilling ,promotes the development of the block ,and provides reference for drilling development of other unconventional gravel rock with low permeability reservoir .
