摘要
全容式LNG低温储罐上部荷载较大,对差异沉降较敏感,基础施工要求非常严格。以天津全容式LNG储罐钻孔灌注桩施工为例,分析了影响桩基施工质量的因素,并提出了在施工过程中控制质量的措施及常见问题预防对策,以保障桩基施工质量。
The upper load of full containment LNG cryogenic storage tank is large relatively ,and sensitive to differential settlements ,so the requirements of foundation construction should be strict .This paper takes the bored pile construction of Tianjin full containment LNG tank as an example and analyzes influential factors of the quality in the pile foundation construction ,and then puts forward the measures of quality control during the construction process and the preventive measures of common problems ,ensures the quality of pile foundation construction .
