脱硝技术在大型火力发电厂中的应用

摘要 为进一步治理雾霾,改善人居环境,适应国家新的火电厂大气排放标准,许多大型火力发电厂在确保锅炉安全稳定运行的前提下,成功进行了锅炉的脱硝系统改造,投运后效果良好。本文阐述了脱硝系统在莱城电厂锅炉脱硝项目的改造过程、系统的启停和运行参数的调节,介绍了莱城电厂采用低氮燃烧(LNB)和选择性催化还原(SCR)工艺及设备技改的成功经验,推广先进技术,为改善生存环境做出贡献。 In order to further treat haze,improve the living environment and adapt to the country's new emission standards of thermal power plant,many large thermal power plants,under the premise of ensuring the safe and stable operation of boilers,successfully conduct the transformation of denitration system,which brings about sound efffect after being put into operation.This paper describes the transformation process of the denitration system of the Boiler Denitration Project of Laieheng Power Plant and the regulation of the start-up and shut-down parameters of the system,introduces the successful experience of Laicheng Power Plant in using lower-nitrogen burning (LNB) and selective catalytic reduction (SCR) process and technical innovation, promotes the advanced technology and contribute to improving the living environment.
