磨煤机密封风机改造与效果分析

摘要 磨煤机大齿轮密封风机安装在磨煤机保护罩的上部,经过长时间运行,磨煤机热风管道漏灰严重,造成此处灰尘浓度较大。灰尘漏入密封风机风道内部,引起大齿轮密封风机工作温度高,造成密封风机运行工况恶劣,从而导致大、小齿轮振动、故障停磨的情况。本文提出了密封风机改造的具体目标和方法,并进行了实际改造。仔细比较了改造前后的数据,证明改造很成功的,效果显著,保障了磨煤机的安全长时间运行,为其他电厂改造提供一定借鉴。 As the rack-wheel seal fan of coal mill is mounted on top of the protective cover of the mill,after a long run,serious ash leakage occurs on the warm-air pipe,which results in the greater concentration of dust here.Besides ,it enters the air duct of the seal fan, causing the high working temperature and poor operating conditions of seal fan ,and resulting in the vibration and malfunction of the large and small gear.This paper proposes the specific goals and methods for the transformation of seal fan and carries out transformation. Through a careful comparison between the data obtained before and after the reconstruction, it proves to be successful.With significant effect,it guarantees the safe long-running of the mill,and serves as a reference for the modifications of other plants.
