摘要
本文通过阐述培训教育与现代供电企业发展的辩证关系,分析不同层次培训学员、培训师的鲜明特征和差异性需求,强调现代企业培训应变培训课程的预定性和封闭性为培训课程的生成性和开放性,引出"培训即是服务"的培训理念、"以人为本,因材施教"的施教理念、"终身学习,学至于行"的治学理念,论证在培训过程中探索与实践供电企业培训理念对于有效提升服务企业能力的重要意义。
This paper,through describing the dialectical relationship between training education and the development of modern power supply enterprises, analyzes the distinctive features and the different demands, of trainees and trainers at different levels,emphasizes that the modern corporate training should change the predetermination and closeness of training courses into generativeness and openness.It introuduces the training concept of “training is service”, the“people-oriented and individualized”teaching concept, and the scholarly ideas of “lifelong learning and learning ends where practices begin”.Besides,it demonstrates the importance of exploring and practicing the training philosophy of power supply companies during the training process in effectively enhancing the capability of enterprise service.
