生产环节外包对农户土地规模经营的影响分析——基于辽宁省水稻种植户的调查数据

Impact of production outsourcing on farmers' land scale operation: Based on a survey of rice planting farmers in Liaoning Province

根据辽宁省粮食主产区水稻种植户277份问卷调查数据统计发现,58.84%的农户在生产中存在外包行为,74.37%的农户愿意扩大未来的种植面积。选取农户生产环节外包特征为主变量、农户的个体特征和家庭特征为控制变量,实证分析生产环节外包对农户土地规模经营意愿的影响,结果表明:生产环节外包对农户土地规模经营意愿有显著正向影响,表明生产环节外包在一定程度上促进了农户土地规模经营;进一步分析发现,以农业收入为主的农户,生产环节外包对其土地经营规模意愿有显著正向影响,而以非农收入为主的农户,生产环节外包对其土地经营规模意愿没有显著性影响。

According to 277 questionnaires survey data from the major grain-producing areas in Liaoning Province, this paper found that 58.84% of farmers outsourced rice production, and 74.37% of the farmers were willing to expand acreage in the future. Choosing the characteristics of peasant household production outsourcing as the primary variables, the farmers individual and family characteristics as control variables, the author empirically analyzed the impact of production outsourcing on the will of farmers land scale operation. The results show that the production outsourcing has a positive effect on farmers＇ land scale management willingness, which shows that outsourcing production to a certain extent, promote the farmers land scale operation. A further investigation on the influence of farmer differentiation shows that the production outsourcing has a positive correlation on farmers＇ land scale management willingness of the farmers mainly relying on the agricultural income, while no significant effect on the farmers with non-agricultural income.
