合作社成员深化合作的意愿及其影响因素分析——基于浙江省农民专业合作社的调查数据

Influencing factors of farmer specialized cooperative members' deep cooperation intention: Based on the questionnaire survey of Zhejiang Province

基于计划行为理论研究框架和浙江省杭州、台州、嘉兴、绍兴市184份农民专业合作社成员问卷调查数据,从行为态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制三个方面对农民专业合作社成员深化合作意愿及其影响因素进行实证研究,选取组织绩效、对社长的信任、其他成员信任、组织公平、组织制度和个人资本六个方面23个指标,运用结构方程模型分析表明:组织绩效、对社长的信任、组织公平、组织制度和个人资本是影响合作社成员深化合作意愿的关键因素。

An empirical research on influencing factors of farmer specialized cooperatives members＇ deep cooperation intention is made from three aspects： behavior attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control, based on the theory ofplarmed behavior and 184 questionnaires of Hangzhou, Taizhou, Jiaxing and Shaoxing, four cities in Zhejiang Province. This paper selects 23 specific indexes from the six aspects which are organizational performance, trust in cooperatives president, trust in other members, organizational justice, organizational institution and private capital and uses the SEM to verify them. The study results show that the organization performance, trust in cooperatives president, organizational justice, organizational institution and private capital are the key factors that affect cooperatives members＇ deep cooperation intention.
