农户采纳劳动节约型技术的影响因素分析——基于江苏省354家水稻种植户的调查数据

Analysis of influence factors of farmers' labor-saving technology adoption: Based on the survey data from 354 rice production in Jiangsu Province

从采纳成本的视角,分析了农户要素稀缺诱致性技术采纳机理。基于江苏省13个市水稻主产区种植户的调查数据,就农户采纳劳动节约型技术的影响因素进行了实证分析,结果表明:农户采纳劳动节约型技术源自要素稀缺产生的诱导力,其作用的内在机理是:降低采纳成本——影响诱导力——促进农户新技术采纳;但诱导力的作用受到信息水平、技术服务、农户组织化程度和人力资本水平的影响。

This paper analyses the mechanism of farmers＇ factor scarcity induced technology adoption from the angle of adoption cost, and reasearches the influence factors of labor-saving technology adoption on the basis of survey data colleted from the farmers in the main areas office production of 13 cites in Jiangsu Province. The result indicates that the farmers＇ labor-saving technology adoption originates from the induction force of factor scarcity, and their mechanism is：reducing the adaption cost——affecting the induction force——promoting farmers＇ new technology adoption, however,the effect of the induction force is affected by the information level, the technical service, the organization degree of farmers and the level of human capital.
