膝关节骨性关节炎患者生活质量评价研究

Comparative study of the different effect of two treatments of knee osteoarthritis on patients' quality of life

目的探讨两种方法治疗65岁以上膝关节骨性关节炎患者疗效及生活质量。方法随机抽取我院2013年4月~2014年3月治疗的44例膝关节骨性关节炎患者。根据门诊病历号进行编号,随机分为观察组、关节腔注射组两组,各22例患者,两组均连续治疗6周,并进行〉6个月的随访,比较两组患者近期、远期疗效,并对两组患者生活质量进行评价。结果两组近期、远期疗效比较,观察组为93.33%、91.67%,关节腔注射组为81.67%、76.67%,两组比较差异有显著统计学意义（χ2=4.67,χ2=4.98,P〈0.05）,生活质量评价观察组各项指标也明显高于关节腔注射组,差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论六步按摩法联合老中医方药治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果理想,患者生活质量评价质量高,且在社区推广起来简便易行。

Objective To study the different effect of two treatments of knee osteoarthritis on the quality of life of patients aged 65 and above. Methods 44 patients aged 65 and above with knee osteoarthritis who were treated from April 2013 to March2014 in our hospital were randomly selected. The patients were randomly divided into Chinese medicine appropriate technology group and articular cavity injection group according to clinic medical record number, each group with 22 patients. The two groups were continuously treated for 6 weeks;subsequent follow-up period was more than six months. The curative effect and patients ＇quality of life were evaluated. Results The near immediate and long-term curative effects in the two groups were compared. Chinese medicine appropriate technology group＇s statistics were 93.33%,91.67% while those of the articular cavity injection group were 81.67%,81.67%. The differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The quality of life indicators in the Chinese medicine appropriate technology group were obviously higher than those of the articular cavity injection group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of Six-step massage techniques and traditional Chinese medicine proved effective in treating patients with knee osteoarthritis. This method leads to a higher quality of life after treatment and can be easily promoted in communities.
