新生儿湿化高流量鼻导管通气的应用与研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 新生儿尤其是早产儿的呼吸支持一直以来都是新生儿护理的重点,选择合适的呼吸支持模式,同时减少肺损伤的发生危险是临床医务人员追求的目标,故临床上逐渐倾向于使用无创通气模式。近年来新生儿湿化高流量鼻导管通气(heated humidified high flow nasal cannula,HHHFNC)因其增加患儿的舒适度和耐受性,同时保证通气的有效性而被临床广泛应用。
