摘要
目的探讨早发冠心病合并糖尿病患者的冠状动脉病变特点。方法收集2014年1月—2015年3月心内科经临床诊断及冠状动脉造影确诊的早发冠心病患者132例,依据是否合并糖尿病分为糖尿病组50例和非糖尿病组82例。比较2组冠状动脉病变发生率、病变部位及严重程度。结果糖尿病组的单支病变、多支病变发生率与非糖尿病组比较差异有统计学意义((40.0%vs.58.5%,28.0%vs.12.2%,P<0.05);2组冠状动脉病变部位分布比较无差异无统计学意义(x^2=4.057,P>0.05);糖尿病组冠状动脉病变支数多于非糖尿病组(1.88±0.82 vs.1.55±0.74,P<0.05),Gensini积分也高于非糖尿病组[(45.75±23.29)分vs.(31.93±19.82)分,P<0.05]。结论早发冠心病合并糖尿病患者冠状动脉病变范围较未合并糖尿病患者更广泛,且病变程度更重。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of coronary lesions in patients with premature coronary dis-ease and diabetes mellitus.Methods From January 2014 to March 2015, collected 132 cases with clinical diagnosis of pre-mature coronary heart disease, according to whether the patients with diabetes mellitus or not, they were divided into diabetic group ( n =50) and non-diabetes group (n =82) .The incidence and severity of coronary lesions in the 2 groups were com-pared .Results The difference was statistically significant between diabetic group’ s single vessel lesion, multivessel disease occurrence rate and non-diabetes group (40.0%vs.58.5%, 28.0%vs.12.2%, P 〈0.05);2 groups’ coronary artery le-sion distribution had no significant difference (χ2 =4.057, P 〉0.05); diabetic group had more coronary artery lesion than non-diabetic group (1.88 ±0.82 vs.1.55 ±0.74, P 〈0.05), Gensini score is higher than that of the non-diabetes group (45.75 ±23.29) vs.(31.93 ±19.82), P 〈0.05].Conclusion Premature coronary heart disease complicated with diabe-tes mellitus has more extensive and severity of coronary artery disease than that in patients without diabetic.
