护理干预对真菌性外耳道炎患者的疗效观察

Observation of effects of nursing intervention on fungal otitis externa patients

目的:观察护理干预对真菌性外耳道炎患者的疗效。方法:回顾性分析86例真菌性外耳道炎患者的临床资料,按照数字图表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各43例。对照组患者给予常规护理,研究组患者给予护理干预,比较两组患者干预前、后焦虑抑郁评分、依从性及疗效。结果:干预后,研究组患者得SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预对真菌性外耳道炎患者的疗效优于常规护理疗效。

Objective： To analyze effects of nursing intervention on fungal otitis externa. Methods： A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 86 cases of fungal otitis externa patients was performed,According to the digital chart method,they were divided into control group and research group of 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine care,while the research group were given nursing intervention. The anxiety and depression scores,compliance and efficacy of the two group before and after the intervention were compared. Results： After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of research group were lower than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）; however,the compliance rate was higher（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： The nursing intervention has superior effects on fungal otitis externa than the routine care.
