摘要
为了准确描述45Cr4NiMoV的高温流动特性,采用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机对45Cr4NiMoV进行了等温压缩试验,研究45Cr4NiMoV在变形温度为750~1200℃、应变速率为0.002~5s^-1条件下的流变特性。基于Hansel—Spittel模型,建立其热变形方程,通过相关系数r对所建方程的准确性进行了分析。分析结果表明:该方程可以准确预测45Cr4NiMoV合金的热变形行为。
Hot deformation behaviors of 45Cr4NiMoV alloy steel were investigated in the temperature range of750 ~ 1200 ℃ and strain rate of 0.002 ~ 5s- 1on Gleeble-1500 D thermo-simulation machine. The constitutive equations based on Hansel-Spittel model were developed to model the hot deformation behavior of 45Cr4NiMoV alloy steel. The accuracy of the constitutive equations was evaluated by the correlation coefficient r. The results show that the developed constitutive equations can give a precise prediction for the hot deformation behavior of45Cr4NiMoV alloy steel.
