摘要
徐州沛县经济开发区污水处理厂设计规模为4.5×104m3/d,分期实施,一期工程规模为3.0×104m3/d,二级处理采用改良型AAO工艺,生化池池体与二沉池合建,以改良型AAO工艺的生化池与二沉池为基础,整合硝化液回流、污泥回流、剩余污泥排放等辅助功能于一体,具有占地面积小、投资省、能耗低、原水适应能力强、运行管理方便的突出优点,三级处理采用混凝沉淀+转盘滤池工艺,目前该污水处理厂已建成并运行多年,出水水质达到了《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。
The total design capacity of WWTP in Xuzhou Pei County Economic Development Zone is 4.5× 104 m3/d, and the design capacity of the first-stage project is 3.0 × 104 m3/d. The improved AAO process is adopted for the secondary treatment, biochemical tank and the secondary sedimentation tank are combined, which integrates the reflux system of nitrified liquor, reflux system of sludge and the discharge of excess sludge. This process has advantages such as small footprint, less investment, low en- ergy consumption, strong adaptability to raw wastewater and ease management. The coagulation sedimen- tation and rotary disc filter process is used for the tertiary treatment. The WWTP has been put into opera- tion for several years, the effluent quality meets the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Stand- ard of Pollutions for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918 - 2002 ).
