摘要
采用CTB智能控制污泥好氧发酵工艺对青岛小涧西生活垃圾生化堆肥处理厂进行改造,新增混料系统和智能发酵控制系统,对原有曝气系统进行改造,将连续进、出料运转模式改造为序批式运转模式,解决了原有工程曝气不畅以及对翻抛机的依赖问题。工程改造后可用于污泥与生活垃圾混合发酵处理,日处理城市污泥150 t(含水率为80%)。运行结果表明,发酵产物含水率可降至45%以下,被应用于土壤改良、园林绿化及垃圾填埋场覆盖土等途径,实现了污泥和垃圾的无害化、减量化和资源化目标。
Xiaojianxi Municipal Solid Waste Composting Plant in Qingdao City was reconstructed and upgraded by using the control technology for biocomposting (CTB) process. The mixing system and intelligent composting control system were added, the original aeration system was reconstructed, and the continuous feed and discharge mode was converted to the sequencing batch mode. The problems of insuf- ficient oxygen supplement and strong dependence on turners in the original project were solved. After the reconstruction, the project could be used for co-composting of sewage sludge and municipal solid waste, and the treatment capacity of sludge with moisture of 80% was 150 t/d. The moisture of composting prod- uct could be decreased to 45%. The compost could be used for soil improvement, gardening, coveringlandfill and so on. The purposes of harmless, reduction and reutilization of sewage sludge and municipal solid waste were achieved.
