摘要
采用物化预处理(隔油+铁炭微电解+混凝沉淀)-生化(水解酸化+接触氧化)一深度处理(MBR)组合工艺对提铜选矿药剂废水进行处理。结果表明,在进水COD为8570—13250mg/L(平均为11523mg/L)时,出水COD为46-78mg/L。废水经铁炭微电解处理后,COD平均去除率达54.2%,可生化性提高,水解酸化和接触氧化后COD平均去除率分别达到16.7%和74.1%,经1VIBR处理后COD降至80mg/L以下,达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级标准。
The combined process of physicochemical pretreatment (oil separation, iron-carbon mi- cro-electrolysis and coagulation sedimentation), biological treatment (hydrolysis acidification and contact oxidation) and advanced treatment (MBR) was used to treat the wastewater from production of flotation reagent for extracting copper. The results showed that when the influent COD was 8 570 to 13 250 mg/L ( average of 11 523 mg/L), the effluent COD was 46 to 78 mg/L. The average removal rate of COD was 54.2% and the biodegradability was improved after the iron-carbon micro-electrolysis. The average re- moval rate of COD was 16.7% and 74.1% respectively after the hydrolysis acidification and contact oxi- dation. The effluent COD was below 80 mg/L after MBR process, which met the first level criteria speci- fied in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 -1996).
