随着我国现代化进程的推进,社区作为社会的最基层在国家治理链中的地位日益显著。社区中主体之间的关系是社会关系的缩影,只有在社区和谐的基础上社会才会和谐。我国幅员辽阔,各个地区之间存在着差异性,这就决定了我国的社区治理模式存在着多样性。随着我国社会主义民主建设的不断深入和社会的转型,构建符合我国社会发展的社区治理模式迫在眉睫。完善社区治理对于提高居民的生活水平和质量,维护社会的稳定,为居民创造良好的生活环境,实现城乡一体化和现代化都有着积极的作用。

With the development of China＇s modernization, communities which are considered as basic units of society are playing an increasingly important role in national governance chain. Relationship among individuals in communities is an indicator of social relationship, and thus, harmonious communities are the basis of social harmony. It is a well-known fact that China enjoys a vast territory and there are huge differences among different regions, which determines the diversity as to the model of managing communities. With the deepening of the socialist democracy construction in our country and social transformation, it is becoming increasingly urgent to build a model for managing communities according to China＇ s social development. Improvement of community management is of great importance for advances of people＇ s living standards and qualities, social stability, for providing residents with favorable living environments, for urban-rural integration, and modernization.
