摘要
自20世纪90年代中后期,我国大学生心理教育进入了快速发展期。在实现中华民族伟大复兴和中国梦的当今时代大力推进心理教育具有显著的时代价值和意义。迄今我国大学生心理教育制度建设取得了显著成绩,但也存在一些问题。体制建设和机制建设是大学生心理教育制度规范化建设的硬性制度和柔性制度建设两大方面。心理教育制度建设的两大方面既要遵循科学化和专业化的建设原则还要体现与时俱进和人性化的时代特点。
Since the mid-1990s, Chinese psychological education has entered a rapid development period. It is significantly valuable and meaningful to vigorously promote psychological education in modern era, in which China aims to realize Chinese national great rejuvenation and Chinese dream. So far, remarkable achievements have been made with regard to the system construction of college students＇ mental health education in China despite some minor problems. Organization and mechanism system are the hardware and software in this regard. This systematic construction should follow scientific and professional principles, and should keep pace with the times and be humanistic.
