摘要
在聚丙烯腈基碳纤维原丝制备过程中,有时会出现并丝现象,在氧化碳化过程中,会影响到碳纤维的质量和生产运行的稳定性。通过对原丝凝固成型工序、水洗工序和上油工序的分析,阐述了原丝并丝现象出现的原因,为杜绝原丝并丝提供借鉴。
In the preparation process of PAN- based carbon fiber,precursor strand occurs on occasion,which will affect the quality and stable operation of carbon fiber when inheriting to carbon fiber. Based on analysis of the production processes of precursor freezing forming,water scrubbing and oiling,the causes for strand of precursor were expounded to provide reference for eradicating precursor strand.
