In May, 8th, 2015, China and Russia made the announcement of Joint Statement Concerning Strengthening Compre- hensive Strategic Cooperative Partnership and Advocating Win -win Cooperation, which brought new opportunity to Sino -Rus- sian economic and trade cooperation. The effective innovation models of Sino - Russian economic and trade cooperation fall into trade processing, counterpart pair - sharing, industrial cooperation, which will be accomplished through feasible countermeas- ures.
