摘要
为了对数控机床进行量化评价,建立了全面的数控机床绿色度评价指标体系,利用可拓层次分析法来为指标重要度赋权,采用模糊综合评价获得数控机床绿色度评价结果。并应用能值分析理论综合分析数控机床的能值流,建立了综合评价模型,为数控机床绿色评价提供方法借鉴。最后以某数控车床为例进行了绿色度评价验证了该方法的有效性。
In order to carry out the quantitative evaluation of the computer numerical control (CNC) machine tool, a comprehen- sive green degree evaluation index system of CNC machine tool was established. By using the extension AHP weighting to the impor- tance of indicators and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, green degree evaluation results of CNC machine tools were evaluated. By apply- ing of comprehensive analysis and energy analysis theory of CNC machine tools to value flow, the comprehensive evaluation model was established, which provided the reference method for CNC machine tool green evaluation. Finally with a CNC lathe as an example of the green degree evaluation, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
