摘要 介绍了反力控制式EHPS的基本结构和工作原理,建立了基于转阀的主油路的数学模型和以及基于电液比例阀的旁通油路的数学模型,并进行了仿真分析,在此基础上,对反力控制式EHPS进行了台架试验,并对仿真结果进行验证。结果表明:仿真结果与试验结果吻合,验证了模型的正确性。 The basic structure and working principle of force control type electronic hydraulic power steering (EHPS) were intro- duced. The mathematical models were established of the main oil line based on rotary valve and that of the by-pass based on electro-hy- draulic proportional valve, and simulation analysis was carried out. On basis of it, the force control type EHPS was tested on the test bench, and simulation results were verified. The results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental ones, and verify the validity of the model.
