摘要
为了验证液压油缸与蓄能器组成的油气悬挂系统刚性的非线性特性,将某起重机油气悬挂的液压系统作为研究对象,建立油气悬挂系统的刚度计算数学模型,并借助MATLAB作出了刚度变化曲线;在不同试验工况下进行刚度特性分析和比较,指出了理论模型与试验结果的差距,验证了油气悬挂系统的刚度变化趋势,对深入分析油气悬挂系统的其他性能具有借鉴意义。
In order to verify the nonlinear characteristics of the hydraulic cylinder and accumulator, the hydraulic system of crane hydro-pneumatic suspension was studied as the object of study. The mathematical model of stiffness for hydro-pneumatic suspension sys- tem was established and some stiffness curves were made with the help of MATLAB. Stiffness characteristics under different experimen- tal conditions were analyzed and compared. The gap between theoretical model and experimental results was pointed out. The stiffness variation trend of hydro-pneumatic suspension system is verified, which provides reference significance for other performance analysis of hydro-pneumatic suspension system.
