摘要 介绍了关联维数和Kolmogorov熵的基本原理和计算方法。计算变速箱不同工况下的关联维数和Kolmogorov熵。分析了二者在刻画变速箱运行状态时的内在关联性,结果表明,关联维数和Kolmogorov熵在描述变速箱工作状态时具有良好的一致性。该结论为变速箱运行状态判定及故障诊断提供了良好的验证依据,也为状态监测及故障诊断中的混沌特征参数选择提供实验依据。 The basic principles and calculation methods for the correlation dimension and Kolmogorov entropy were introduced. The correlation dimension and Kolmogorov entropy were calculated when the gearbox was under different working conditions. The inher- ent relevancy between the two in depicting of the running condition of the gearbox was analyzed. The result shows that the correlation di- mension and Kolmogorov entropy kave a good consistency in the description of working status of gearbox. This conclusion not only pro- vides a good basis for the gearbox running condition judgement and fault diagnosing, but also can provide the experimental basis for the chaotic characteristic parameters selection in state monitoring and fault diagnosing.
