摘要
通过静态质量损失法和Tafel极化曲线研究了油酸咪唑啉缓蚀剂在10%盐酸、10%硫酸和5%硝酸介质中对铸铁材质的缓蚀行为。结果表明,在三种酸性腐蚀介质中,当分别加入0.14%油酸咪唑啉缓蚀剂时,铸铁在10%盐酸、10%硫酸和5%硝酸介质中的缓蚀率分别达到76.0%、83.7%和89.0%。极化曲线测试结果表明,缓蚀剂可明显降低腐蚀电流,说明油酸咪唑啉缓蚀剂在酸性介质中对铸铁有优良的缓蚀作用,能较好地抑制酸性介质对铸铁的腐蚀。
In this paper,the corrosion inhibition performances of oleic imidazoline on cast iron in acid solutions of 10% hydrochloric acid,10% sulfuric acid and 5% nitric were investigated by static weight method and polarization curve. For 0. 14% oleic imidazoline, corrosion inhibition efficiency of the cast iron in 10% hydrochloric acid,10% sulfuric acid and 5% nitric acid were 76% ,83.7% and 89% ,respectively. It showed good corrosion inhibition performances of the oleic imidazoline. The results of Tafel polarization curves showed that corrosion current of cast iron in the three studied acidic medium were significantly re- duced,indicating that the oleic imidazoline could be a better inhibitor for cast iron in acidic medium.
