摘要
中共十七大创造性地提出走新型城镇化道路,并将其作为中国特色社会主义道路的五个基本内容之一。中共十八大又将其调整为经济结构的战略重点,并进一步强调"人"是新型城镇化建设的核心。围绕"人"这一主题开展新城镇化建设,需坚持以马克思的人本理念为指导,即强调新型城镇化建设应坚持以关注人的需求为前提,以实现社会的公平为保障,以打造生态城镇、文化城镇为重要内容,以促进人的自由全面发展、提升人的幸福感指数为价值诉求。
The 17th National Congress of the C.EC. creatively proposed to take a new road of urbanization as one of the five basic content of China. The 18th National Congress of the C.P.C. adjusted it as the strategic focus of the economic structure, and further emphasized that ＂human＂ is the core of the new urbanization construction. Around the theme of ＂human＂ to construct the new town, we need to insist on Marx＇s humanism philosophy as a guide. The new urbanization construction should adhere to focus on people＇s needs as the premise,, achieve social equity as Security, build ecological cities, cultural town as an important content of culture, promote the comprehensive development of human freedom and enhance people＇s happiness index value.
