摘要
大数据产业已成为新的经济增长点和各国竞相布局的产业。中国大数据产业的政策体系日益完善、发展平台不断拓展和发展空间巨大,但同时也面临着信息壁垒突出、数据安全管理薄弱、产业生态体系不完善等问题。文章认为,中国大数据产业发展的关键点在于:完善大数据产业发展战略规划并优化产业布局,依托大众创新创业政策优化大数据产业发展环境,加强大数据共享平台与安全保障体系建设,完善大数据产业发展生态体系。
Big data industry has become a new economic growth point, every countries has put take it as the industrial layout. Big Data industry policy system of China has improved steadily by expanding huge spatial development platform and development, but it still faces problems such as information barriers, data security management is weak, ecosystem imperfect. This paper considers that the key point of China＇s big data industry lies in： the strategic planning and optimize the industrial layout of big data industry, relying on public policy innovation and entrepreneurship to optimize big data industry, strengthen the big data sharing platform and safety system, building big data industry ecosystem.
