平民化暴力恐怖行为及其根源——基于27起公交爆炸案的思考

Individual Violent Terrorism Acts Aiming at Civilians and It's Roots :A Study Based on 27 Domestic Bus Explosion Cases

公交车爆炸案属于针对平民的典型暴力恐怖行为,从全国27起案例看,其突出特点是攻击者的非组织性、非专业性和个体性以及攻击对象的不确定性。公交爆炸案的发生有着深刻的社会—心理根源,与行为人早期成长环境、家庭—婚姻关系、社会—经济地位、社会关系网络以及疾病、至亲死亡、事业失败和犯罪前科等挫折性事件密切关联。在公共危机管理方面,需要从个人和社会的不同层面对此类事件加以防范。

According to different types of objects and subjects, violent terrorist acts aiming at countries or civilians could be classified in- to four types. The type of individual acts aiming at civilians is different from the type of systematic violent acts aiming at countries. The bus explosions are typical cases belonging to this type. This type of terrorism acts contains some significant features such as unprofessional per- formers, uncertainty to objects and unsystematic of the acting. The bus explosion cases root and generate from a profound social-psychological source. It relates to the performers＇ earlier growing environment, family and marriage relationship, social- economic status, social relation networks, disease, death of tile closest kin and frustrated events such as failing in career or being jailed. Therefore we should take some com- prehensive measures for safety and prevention.
