摘要 针对架设在多雷区的山区特殊配电网,由于雷电活动频繁,而配电网的防雷绝缘水平低,致使配电网存在各种防雷缺陷,如雷击打坏设备,雷击跳闸率高,供电可靠性低等一系列问题。结合湖南某铁路公司为铁路施工架设一条10kV的施工输电线路,分析多雷山区特殊配电网架空线路以及配电变压器存在的各种雷害隐患,并针对其雷害事故,分析其事故原因,并提出对线路绝缘配合上安装保护间隙,变压器低压侧安装防雷用的氧化锌避雷器,并在进线段前三级杆塔安装防雷避雷线和耦合地线等绝缘配合改善方案,从而达到防雷的要求,降低雷击跳闸率,提高供电可靠性。再利用暂态仿真软件ATP-EMTP对低压侧安装氧化锌避雷器进行模拟仿真验证,证明改善方案的可行性。 The special distribution network in mountain area set up more than in mine, due to the lightning activity is frequent, and distribution of lightning protection level is low, insulation defects of lightning protection in distribution network, such as lightning destroyed equipment, lightning trip-out rate is high, the low power supply relia- bility of a series of problems. Combined with hunan a railway company for the construction of the railway con- struction, set up a 10 kV transmission line, analysis of dore mountains special distribution network overhead line as well as all kinds of the hidden trouble of distribution transformer, and against the thunder harm accident, analy- sis the cause of the accident, and put forward the line insulation protection installed on cooperate with clearance, installation of lightning protection with zinc oxide lightning arrester on the low voltage side of transformer, and tertiary tower installation before into line coupling of lightning protection of ground wire and ground wire insulation coordination improvements, so as to achieve the requirements of lightning protection, reduce lightning trip-out rate, improve power supply reliability. Reuse ATP-EMTP transient simulation software for zinc oxide lightning arrester installation on the low voltage side of simulation verification, to prove the feasibility of improving scheme.
