摘要
循环流化床锅炉床温是保证机组平稳经济运行的重要控制对象,针对床温控制对象的非线性、大迟延、大惯性的动态特性,一般采用Smith补偿控制方法对床温进行控制,但控制效果不好。利用改进型Smith补偿控制方法对300 MW循环流化床锅炉床温控制进行了研究,基于Matlab的Simulink仿真平台将改进型Smith补偿控制与Smith补偿控制进行了仿真对比:改进型Smith补偿控制具有反映快速、超调量小、能很好地抵抗随机干扰的控制效果。研究结果表明:改进型Smith补偿控制方法对床温具有更好的控制效果,系统的跟随性、抗干扰性和鲁棒性高,可为实际床温控制提供理论依据。
The bed temperature of circulating fluidized bed boiler is an important control object to ensure units running in steady and economic condition. According to the dynamic characteristics of bed temperature is nonlinear, large delay and large inertia the control effect of Smith compensation control method commonly used is not good. The research on bed temperature control of 300 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler using improved Smith compen- sation control was conducted in this paper. Based on the Matlab Simulink platform, improved Smith compensation control was compared with Smith compensation control. Improved Smith compensation control has better control effect: fast response, small overshoot, and this method can resist random interference. The research results indicate that the bed temperature control method based on improved Smith compensation control has excellent control performance, strong following characteristic, high immunity and robustness This result can provide a theoretical basis for the actual bed temperature control.
