摘要
为了解磁化水的溶解能力及雾化效果等特性,搭建了由供水系统、测试设备及磁化装置等组成的磁化水制备与雾化实验平台,采用LS2000型分体式激光粒度分析仪对直通式雾化液体旋流喷嘴的雾化粒径进行了测量。通过实验对磁化水的溶解能力进行了测试,研究了绵白糖和Na Cl在磁化水和未经磁化的水中溶解度变化规律,及磁场对喷头雾化效果的影响。由实验结果可见:水溶液被磁化后溶解速度更快;磁化水雾化后粒径范围更集中,平均雾化粒径更小。实验对磁化水的特性及雾化机理作出了必要的补充,为磁化水除尘降尘奠定了理论基础。
In order to understand the dissolving ability and atomization affects of magnetized water, based on the fundamental principle of water magnetization, the experimental setup makingp of water supply system, measurement systems and magnetized equipment was built. Atomized particle size of the optimized single-fluid swirl nozzle was measured by LS2000 separate type laser particle size analyzer, and the dissolving ability of magnetized water was tested. The solubilities of soft white sugar and NaC1 in magnetized wate and that nonmagnetized were studied, and the effects of the atomization of the nozzle was studied in the magnetic field. The result showed that the dissolving ability of magnetized water is stronger than the same kind of water without magnetized ; the range of atomized particle size of magnetized water is more concentrated, the average atomized particle size is smaller than the same kind of water without magnetized. Mechanisms of magnetized water atomized will not only be necessary complement, but lay the theoretical foundation for the dust controlling by magnetized water as weU.
