摘要
随着全社会延迟退休制度呼之欲出,高等学校教师退休政策调整问题也将浮出水面,年过60的年长者的学术活力尤为引起人们的关注。国外众多研究表明,至少在70岁以前,年龄对学术活力影响并不显著;本文通过对我国高校教师调查数据的简单分析也发现,年长者依旧保持着较为旺盛的学术活力。即使在实行延迟退休制度之后,对高校教师退休政策保留一定弹性,有利于学术人力资源的充分有效利用。
With the advent of postponed retirement policy in the whole society,how to reform faculty retirement programs becomes rather tricky in higher education institutions.At this point,a discussion of the academic vitality of faculty over 60 is of great necessity.Various literature indicate that age is not a significant factor of academic vitality before 70.Meanwhile through empirical studies,we found that senior faculty remained highly active.Therefore,it is proposed that even if the postponed retirement policy is implemented,the faculty retirement provisions should be flexible in order to make full use of academic human resources.
