摘要
为了对某猪场病死仔猪的死亡病因进行调查,本试验采集病料进行研究,采用鉴别培养基分离、生化特性鉴定、PCR扩增细菌16SrRNA基因及测序分析等方法对样品中存在的细菌进行分离鉴定,结果显示分离菌为李斯特杆菌。采用标准K-B纸片法对分离菌株进行20种抗菌药物的药敏试验,并对其生长曲线进行测定。结果显示,此菌株对青霉素G、磷霉素、阿莫西林等药物高敏,而对呋喃唑酮等药物耐药。37℃培养6~14h后细菌处于增殖期。本研究为中国仔猪李斯特杆菌病细菌学检测及治疗提供了科学依据。
The assay was aimed to investigate the cause of death of diseased and dead piglets, we collected samples and identified by growth characteristics of bacteria in different mediums, bio- chemistry identification,PCR amplification of 16S rRNA genes and sequence analysis. The results showed that the isolate was Listeria. Drug sensitive test of the isolate to 20 antibiotics was detec- ted. The results showed that this bacterium was highly sensitive to penicillin G, fosfomycin and amoxicillin and so on; However,it was resistant to furazolidone and so on. The growth curve of Listeria showed that the bacterium was in the proliferation period when 37 ℃ cultured 6 to 14 h. The results of this study provided scientific bases for detection and treatment of listeriosis in China.
